1. Eligibility and Age Requirement

Free business listing pages for licensed dispensaries, allowing them to display their information, products, hours, and contact details.

WeedNearby does not sell, distribute, manufacture, or dispense cannabis or cannabis products. WeedNearby does not process payments for cannabis transactions. Any orders placed through dispensary listings are processed entirely through the respective dispensary's own systems and are subject to that dispensary's terms and conditions.

3. User Accounts and Conduct

3.1 Account Registration

Certain features of the Site may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, or federal law or regulation.
Post, upload, or transmit any content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Dispensary Listings

4.1 Free Listing Program

WeedNearby currently offers free directory listings to licensed cannabis dispensaries in Missouri. Each listing is provided for an initial period of one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of activation, with the possibility of extension at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the free listing program at any time, with or without prior notice.

4.2 Dispensary Responsibilities

Dispensaries that create or claim a listing on WeedNearby agree to:

Provide accurate and current information about their business, including business name, address, hours of operation, and license status.
Maintain a valid, active cannabis dispensary license issued by the Missouri Division of Cannabis Regulation or applicable regulatory authority.
Promptly update their listing if any information changes, including license status.
Comply with all applicable Missouri advertising regulations for cannabis businesses, including 19 CSR 100-1.100.
Not post content that is false, misleading, appeals to minors, or makes unapproved health or therapeutic claims.

4.3 Orders and Payments

Where a dispensary listing includes the ability for users to browse products or initiate orders, all such transactions are conducted directly between the user and the dispensary. WeedNearby does not facilitate, process, or handle any payment for cannabis products. All payment processing, fulfillment, and customer service related to orders is the sole responsibility of the dispensary. WeedNearby is not a party to any transaction between users and dispensaries.

4.4 Listing Removal

We reserve the right to remove, suspend, or modify any dispensary listing at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to: (a) the dispensary's license being revoked, suspended, or expired; (b) the listing containing inaccurate or misleading information; (c) violations of these Terms or applicable law; or (d) at our sole discretion for any business reason.

5. Brand Listings

Cannabis brands may create listings on the Site to display their products and indicate at which dispensaries their products are available. Brands are solely responsible for the accuracy of their product information, including product names, descriptions, images, and dispensary availability. WeedNearby does not verify or endorse any brand or product listed on the Site. Brands must comply with all applicable Missouri cannabis advertising regulations and these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the overall design and layout of the Site, is the property of ItShouldWork LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

6.2 User-Submitted Content

By submitting any content to the Site (including dispensary listing information, brand information, reviews, images, or other materials), you grant ItShouldWork LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, and distribute such content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Site. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that the content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

6.3 Trademarks

"WeedNearby" and the WeedNearby logo are trademarks currently being registered by ItShouldWork LLC. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

WeedNearby operates as a technology platform and directory service. We do not sell, distribute, or dispense cannabis or cannabis products. All dispensaries and brands listed on the Site are required to hold valid licenses issued by the appropriate regulatory authorities. However, WeedNearby does not independently verify the license status of every listed entity on a continuous basis.
